While it may take a bit longer to dispatch, this approach helps minimise waste and reduce overproduction. We typically ship orders within 4-6 working days. If there are any delays or unexpected issues, we’ll contact you immediately to keep you informed. Damages

 

We kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice that an item is damaged, please do not accept the delivery, if possible. If you discover damage after delivery, promptly open a return request through our Returns Portal, located in the top menu or footer menu of our store.

 

In your return request, please provide a detailed description of the damage and upload clear photos of the affected items. This information will allow us to process your claim efficiently and, if applicable, open an insurance claim on your behalf.

However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will honour returns or refunds under the following circumstances within 30 days of receiving your order:
