Returns & Refund Policy

 

At Dropship Unlocked, every branded product is made-to-order. This approach ensures that each item is crafted specifically for you as soon as you place your order. By adopting this sustainable process, we minimise waste, reduce overproduction, and avoid creating unused stock that could otherwise end up in landfill.

 

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and our commitment to sustainability, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or customer mistakes. However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will honour returns or refunds under the following circumstances within 30 days of receiving your order:

 

Eligible Reasons for Returns or Refunds

 

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match your order, we will promptly correct the mistake.

3. Missing Parts or Accessories

If your order arrives incomplete, we will send the missing components or offer a resolution.

4. Incorrect Quantity Received

If the quantity delivered does not match your order, we will address the discrepancy promptly.

5. Incorrect Address Delivery

If your order is shipped to the wrong address due to our error, we will arrange for the correct delivery.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

 

To start a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

 

1. Visit our store and go to the Returns Portal page, found in the top menu or footer menu. You can also access it directly here.

2. Follow the instructions on the Returns Portal to submit your request.

3. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.

 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

 

Important Notes

 

Unapproved Returns: Items returned without prior approval through our Returns Portal will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the personalised, made-to-order nature of our products and our focus on sustainability, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind or customer mistakes.
